JD Sports Fountain Gate is seeking a proactive 3IC to join our dynamic Melbourne team. You will lead by example, coach sales professionals, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and visual merchandising.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive daily sales targets, manage team performance, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused store environment. A passion for sports fashion and a positive leadership style are essential.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing service roles.
• Previous retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach and drive sales performance.

Responsabilidades

• Model excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset.
• Lead and coach team to deliver great in-store experiences and hit sales targets.
• Support Store Manager in driving KPI performance and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.
