Job summary

Cor Cordis in Sydney is seeking a Manager to lead mid-market restructuring engagements from day one, shaping outcomes and mentoring teams.

You will engage directly with creditors, debtors and legal representatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to strategy and its execution across the business. A strong leadership track record and professional qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Business or accounting related degree (or equivalent).
• CA or CPA qualified, ARITA qualifications either obtained or in progress.
• Strong technical capability and assertive communication.
• Proven leadership experience or clear ambition to lead.

Responsibilities

• Drive insolvency engagements (formal and informal) from start to completion.
• Engage with creditors, debtors and legal representatives to keep engagements moving.
• Collaborate with senior team and influence strategy and implementation.
• Provide guidance, training and counsel to junior colleagues.
• Work across offices and manage workflow and resources to satisfy stakeholders.
