Job summary

Cor Cordis in Melbourne, Victoria, is growing its restructuring and insolvency practice and hiring at the Senior level. You'll work on live engagements from day one with Directors and Partners.

You’ll run day-to-day insolvency appointments, liaise with creditors and legal representatives, and help shape restructuring options while protecting value. This role requires a business or accounting degree, CA/CPA, and ARITA qualification; strong drafting and communication skills, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Candidates hold a business or accounting degree (or equivalent) and CA/CPA qualification or are working towards it.
• ARITA qualification obtained or in progress is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day insolvency appointments from start to finish, including administrations and workouts.
• Liaises with creditors, debtors and legal representatives to advance engagements and outcomes.
• Analyzes financial information to assess viability and shape restructuring options.
• Prepares statutory reports, forecasts and variance analyses for creditors and regulators.
• Collaborates with Directors and Partners to contribute to strategy.
