Job summary

Cor Cordis in Sydney is seeking a Manager to advise mid-market businesses through complex restructuring, shape outcomes, mentor teams and drive growth from day one on live engagements. You will manage engagements, collaborate with creditors, debtors and legal representatives to keep engagements on track and contribute to strategy with the senior team.

You have substantial restructuring and insolvency experience, a business or accounting degree, CA/CPA, and ARITA qualifications (in progress) or

Qualifications

• Substantial restructuring and insolvency experience is required.
• CA/CPA qualification and ARITA qualifications (in progress or obtained) preferred.
• Degree in business or accounting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements and shape outcomes for clients at critical moments.
• Drive insolvency engagements (formal and informal) from start to finish.
• Engage with creditors, debtors and legal representatives to keep engagements on track.
• Provide guidance and counsel to junior colleagues and collaborate across offices.
• Allocate resources and manage workflow to satisfy multiple stakeholders.
