Job summary

KFC Adco Limited in New South Wales invites an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be the right-hand to the Restaurant General Manager, overseeing shifts, guiding a team, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for both team members and customers.

You will lead training, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and labor costs, and drive KPIs for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring regulatory compliance and consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop a dynamic team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of budgets, inventory and labour costs.
• Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety standards.
