Job summary

KFC Australia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to be the right-hand person to the Restaurant General Manager, ensuring smooth operations across Team Member Experience, Customer Experience, and Business Growth.

You will lead shifts, train staff, recruit and coach, and manage budgets, inventory, and labour costs to drive efficiency and profitability while upholding safety standards and a welcoming environment for Team Members and Customers.
