Job summary

KFC Adco Limited in Melbourne is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to be the right-hand person to the Restaurant General Manager, overseeing shifts, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring safe, efficient operation that delivers exceptional team member and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of shifts as ARM and oversee smooth operation.
• Lead a dynamic team and ensure safety and efficiency for customers and team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for staff.
• Recruit, assign responsibilities and coach when performance gaps appear.
• Drive KPIs related to Sales, Profitability and Customer Experience.
• Manage budgets, inventory and labour costs to optimise efficiency.
• Address customer feedback and contribute to marketing initiatives to grow the business.
