Job summary

Telegraph Hotel Geelong West is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor.

You will liaise with hotel management to oversee day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant, with a focus on dinner services and assisting with functions and events. The ideal candidate has strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurants or cafes.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge including dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and closing shifts.

• Must be living locally with no visa work restrictions
