Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Experience handling P&L and budgets and day-to-day restaurant challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue with a 40+ team.
• Grow and coach teams while building business momentum.
• Support expansion with new store openings within 12–18 months.
