Job summary

Wonil Hotel - Handwritten Collection in Perth seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver seamless service. You will guide staff, manage budgets and rostering, and collaborate with the chef to craft menus and beverage offerings.

The role requires experience in Food & Beverage leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Accor standards and guest satisfaction are central to success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading teams in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff rostering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA certification or equivalent for the country/state.
• Knowledge of Accor standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations as a hands-on leader.
• Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high performance.
• Manage budgets, rostering, costs, and revenue through pricing and inventory control.
• Stay updated on Food & Beverage trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Head/Executive Chef on menus, wine lists and beverages.
