You will oversee staff, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and drive local marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes staff recruitment, training oversight, and maintaining strong business records while promoting the Subway brand and guest experience at our Yarrabilba location.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Direct staff to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program.

• Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective guests to promote sales.
