Comuna Cantina City Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our vibrant venues. You will oversee front-of-house teams, manage staffing, rosters, service standards and guest experience, while ensuring cost control and high safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or senior hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team
• Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience
• Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow
• Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high service standards
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management
• Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
