Tetto Rooftop Bar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless dining experience for guests at Everton Park.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, team supervision, cost control, and compliance with WHS and liquor licensing. You will lead Bar, Back-of-House and Front-of-House, coach staff and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or senior hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tetto Rooftop Bar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Everton Park location.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar, Back-of-House and Front-of-House team

Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience

Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow

Train, mentor and support staff to maintain high service standards

Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management

Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

About you

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control

Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably (RSA, RMLV)
