Hecho En Mexico Kingston is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our Kingston dining room. You will oversee service, develop the team, manage costs and ensure guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.

The role requires more than three years of hospitality management experience, a relevant qualification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• More than three years of relevant experience in restaurant, cafe or hospitality management.
• A relevant qualification in hospitality management, business management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in staff rostering, stock control, budgeting and cost management.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards in a busy restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety and responsible service requirements.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
