Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Sydney to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L. You will maintain quality, adhere to procedures, and embody the GYG spirit to drive guest satisfaction and business results.

The role emphasizes demonstrated leadership, strong financial sense, KPI delivery, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary $85.000
