Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in NSW is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants. You will lead and coach teams, manage P&L, and uphold the brand’s high standards of quality and guest experience.

You will drive sales, monitor KPI targets, and partner with senior leaders to implement strategies. The role offers a base salary of AUD 95,000–100,000, plus bonus, flexible rosters, training, staff development and future franchise or corporate

Salary between $95.000 to $100.000 base.
