Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or comparable senior hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong leadership across front-of-house and bar teams.
• Current NSW RSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth, professional, and welcoming service.
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, presentation, cleanliness, and sequence of service.
• Build strong relationships with club members, regular guests, and local community.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, and service timing.
• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house staff through briefings and coaching.
• Coordinate events, reservations, and staff run sheets with stakeholders.
