Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and develop the team, and oversee the restaurant's P&L. You will drive quality standards while embodying the GYG spirit and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a competitive base salary of AU$85,000 plus a bonus structure, with flexible rosters, comprehensive training, and opportunities to progress to Area Management and beyond.
