Job summary

The Glen Hotel Pty in Dromana, VIC is seeking an experienced Pizza chef to join our kitchen team at Roccella.

You will prepare the menu according to established recipes, maintain quality and presentation, and follow food safety and allergen procedures.

You will keep a clean workstation, assist with daily kitchen operations, and work efficiently with the team during busy services. Experience in a busy pizzeria and a background in Italian cuisine are preferred; RSA certificate is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy commercial Pizzeria, preferably with a background in Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for food preparation and pastry , cooking and maintaining consistent quality and presentation while following our recipes and kitchen standards.
