Job summary

Zaikaa Exxpress is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to plan, organise and control daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, strong performance and compliance with food safety standards.

You will work with chefs on menu planning, manage stock, purchasing, rostering and costs, while delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant management or closely related hospitality management
• A relevant hospitality/restaurant management qualification is highly regarded
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities
• Experience with rostering, stock control, purchasing and cost management
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Capability to collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff and front-of-house staff
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
