Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Brisbane to lead daily operations, drive results and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach staff, oversee the P&L, and ensure top quality and compliance with procedures while embodying the GYG culture.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced setting, strong commercial judgment, and a track record of meeting KPI targets and delivering exceptional service. Join a team focused on growth and shared success.

Formación

• Previous experience in a management role within fast-food essential.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced setting with strong commercial sense.
• Ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and implement actions.
