Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in NSW to support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations and guide the team through peak service periods.

You will lead crew training, elevate guest experiences, and help manage inventory and finances. The role requires strong leadership, outstanding customer service, and excellent communication skills to drive KPIs.
