Crown Resorts is seeking a highly organised Group Coordinator for Restaurants to join our Food & Beverage team at Crown Perth. You will coordinate restaurant group bookings across our diverse dining portfolio, ensuring a seamless guest experience from enquiry through to execution.

This part-time role (16 hours per week) requires accurate documentation, strong liaison with guests and internal teams, and proactive service to maximise guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality administration, reservations, events, restaurant operations or customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Coordinate and manage restaurant group reservations and event bookings.
• Liaise with guests, internal stakeholders and operational teams to communicate requirements.

• Maintain accurate booking information across relevant systems.
