Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited, at Crown Perth, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our high-volume In-Room Dining kitchen, catering to hotel guests around the clock. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, consistency and service excellence in a busy, five-star environment.

You will mentor and develop a kitchen team across multiple shifts, manage rostering, labour, stock control and planning, and drive safety, compliance and guest

Qualifications

• Trade qualified chef with Cert 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience as Sous Chef in a hotel, resort or large hospitality environment.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens with multiple service periods.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and day-to-day operation of a busy In-Room Dining kitchen.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team across multiple shifts.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to Crown's five-star standards.
• Manage rostering, labour management, stock control and operational planning.
• Drive a culture of safety, compliance, teamwork and exceptional customer service.
