Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our Melbourne team across multiple venues. Lead from the front, drive guest experiences and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll be responsible for guiding service during peak periods, coaching staff, and maintaining exceptional standards while delivering memorable experiences across a renowned portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager/leader in a busy restaurant/bar or premium à la carte setting.
• Ability to coach and develop teams while maintaining a positive culture.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfort leading high-volume service with standards intact.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Commercial acumen including budgeting and labour awareness.
• Experience with rostering/workforce platforms such as Deputy or similar.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.

• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy, or similar platforms.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster of opening and closing shifts.
