Job summary

Olympus is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist - Respiratory to join our Medical Sales team in Queensland. You will manage the Respiratory portfolio across your territory, building strong customer relationships while driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently support customers and product demonstrations, maintain a robust pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Healthcare background or relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with customers and key decision makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mentality with ability to grow territory and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales and gross profit objectives across the Respiratory portfolio.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, market, and competition.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and identify opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Develop product and application knowledge to support customers and product demonstrations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, convert opportunities to orders, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Marketing, Customer Service and other internal teams to maximise opportunities and strengthen the Olympus brand.
