Job summary

HenderCare is seeking a Casual Home and Garden Maintenance worker to support Aged Care & Disability clients in Lara, Geelong, Drysdale, and Torquay.

You will travel to multiple client homes performing gutter cleaning, lawn care, and minor maintenance to keep homes safe and habitable. The role is casual with shifts typically Monday to Friday, pay weekly, and access to employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening and home maintenance.
• Own vehicle and equipment for site work.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence required.
• National Police Check current.
• Working With Children Check (Employee) current.

Responsibilities

• Gutter cleaning at client homes.
• Basic window, oven, and fan cleaning.
• Lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, hedge trimming.
• Replace smoke alarm batteries.
• Minor home maintenance tasks.

HenderCare is seeking a Casual Home and Garden Maintenance worker to join our team on a casual-type basis to support our Aged Care & Disability clients with their homes in Lara, Geelong, Drysdale, and Torquay.

About The Role

As a Casual Home and Garden Maintenance Worker, you will travel and attend multiple clients homes to assist in keeping their homes safe and habitable by minimising environmental health and safety hazards. Tasks include:

• gutter cleaning
• basic window cleaning, oven, fan cleaning
• lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, hedge trimming
• replacing smoke alarm batteries
• minor home maintenance

About You (Must Have)

• Previous gardening and maintenance experience
• Reliable smartphone for AlayaCare App roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+)
• Own gardening and maintenance equipment and vehicle
• Have an unrestricted Australian Driver's License
• Have access to a UTE/Trailer to transport the equipment and tools
• Have a current National Police Check
• Have a current Working With Children Check (Employee Type)
