Job summary

Hastings Deering, a leading Caterpillar dealer based in Brisbane, seeks an experienced Resource Industries Sales Support Advisor to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of mining equipment and capital parts from quotation through customer acceptance. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday within a dynamic team.

You will handle commercial administration, tender support and project updates, liaising with internal staff, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management or project administration.
• Mechanical or Caterpillar equipment knowledge is advantageous.
• Comfort with quotations, budgets, invoicing and delivery schedules.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment deliveries end-to-end from quotation to customer acceptance.
• Prepare quotations, monitor build costs and process invoicing.
• Provide project visibility with updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support tender reviews and collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements.
