Responsibilities

• Process equipment orders and support new mining equipment purchases from Caterpillar.
• Maintain accurate records across sales, inventory and finance systems.
• Prepare and process documentation including requisitions, claims and supplier info.
• Support sales administration to keep projects and orders on track.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for delivery, pricing and shipping details.
• Process rebate and pricing program claims per procedures.
• Monitor data quality and system updates to keep records compliant.
• Provide general admin support to the Mining Sales team.

Resource Industries Sales Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised Resource Industries Sales Support Coordinator to join our Mining Sales team based in Archerfield, Brisbane.

In this role, you'll be the central coordination point for new mining equipment sales administration, ensuring equipment orders, supplier engagement, financial processes and customer support programs are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday opportunity.

What you'll be doing

As a Resource Industries Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

• Process equipment orders and support the coordination of new mining equipment purchases from Caterpillar.
• Maintain accurate records across sales, inventory and financial systems.
• Prepare and process documentation including purchase requisitions, claims and supplier information.
• Support sales administration activities to help ensure projects and orders progress smoothly.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to obtain delivery, pricing and shipment information.
• Process rebate and pricing program claims in line with established procedures.
• Monitor data quality and system updates to ensure records remain accurate and compliant.
• Provide general administrative support to the Mining Sales team as required.

What you'll need

A successful teammate will have:

• Previous experience in an administration, coordination customer service or support role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• An interest in business and financial performance, with the ability to analyse information, understand key metrics, and apply insights to day-to-day work.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar) is desirable, but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
