Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Willawong, QLD, is hiring a Resource Facility Operator on a permanent full-time basis. You will work at a busy site, interacting with customers to promote resource recovery and recycling while guiding them with clear directions and support.

Role requires a 4 days on, 4 days off rotating roster, early morning starts, and will include uniforms and PPE, induction and training, plus overtime opportunities.

We are expanding services on our busy client sites, so we are seeking to add a new Resource Facility Operator at our client’s site in Willawong QLD.

• Permanent – Full Time – Willawong, QLD
• $48.88 per hour + Opportunity for Overtime
• Early Morning starts
• Uniforms and PPE provided
• Induction and training provided

Your New Role

The Resource Facility Operator is a customer facing role where you will have a direct impact towards our mission of ‘Making a sustainable future possible together’. By being supportive and considerate of our customers, you will promote resource recovery, item separation and recycling. A big part of your day to day will be answering our customers questions and providing them with direction and assistance where required.
