Job summary

Cleanaway's materials recycling facility in Morningside, QLD is seeking a hands-on Recycling Operator. You will operate forklifts and recycling machinery, move materials safely, and support the team with general labouring and manual handling tasks.

This permanent full-time role requires a current forklift licence, a safety-focused attitude, and the ability to work around heavy machinery; pre-employment medical including drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on.
• Experience in waste, recycling or mining environment is highly regarded.
• Comfortable around heavy machinery and high-risk equipment.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate forklifts and recycling machinery, move materials safely and efficiently, and support the wider team with general labouring and manual handling tasks.
