Job summary

REMA TIP TOP is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our Perth team, driving resource allocation for mining and industrial projects. You will coordinate personnel, vehicles and schedules, working closely with department heads to forecast needs and ensure efficient deployments.

Ideal candidates will bring proven planning, Excel proficiency and effective communication skills to a dynamic, safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a Resource Coordination role within mining or resource sectors.
Ability to forecast needs 16 weeks ahead and allocate resources accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Resource management: allocate personnel and vehicles to projects for optimal utilization.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast resource needs and prepare allocation plans.
Maintain schedules, rosters and crew databases.
Communicate with internal/external stakeholders on labor schedules and requirements.
Track and report on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
