Job summary

The candidate should hold a Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years can substitute for the qualification. Salary is $75,000–$85,000 AUD per year, based on experience.

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience; 3 years relevant experience may substitute for the qualification.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee day-to-day resort operations to ensure efficient, safe and professional business performance.
• Manage guest services, reservations, reception, housekeeping, room service, maintenance, security and admin tasks while maintaining presentation and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, coordinate departmental activities and ensure guests receive high standards of service.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, resolve guest and workplace concerns and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and promote safety procedures and incident management.
• Identify hazards and risks, ensure staff follow safe work practices, and maintain records and reports for management.
