Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Officer to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds. This full-time position focuses on quality presentation, efficient operations, and guest service in a resort setting.

The role requires physical work, a valid driver's licence, and a commitment to RACV standards, with attractive employee benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous groundsperson experience in a resort or similar environment.
• Drivers Licence (mandatory).
• Ability to perform active physical duties and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day activities to maintain the golf course and grounds to the highest standard with minimal disruption.
• Maintain workshop areas and storerooms and keep tools in working condition.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation around the property.
• Adhere to RACV best practice operating standards and standard operating procedures.
• Interact with guests to provide a high standard of customer service.
• Follow safety policies and procedures when using tools and equipment.
