Job summary

Palm Lake Group is seeking a committed Groundskeeper for Palm Lake Resort Waterford. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday to maintain gardens, lawns and outdoor areas for residents and guests.

We value respect, passion, community, and safety. The ideal candidate will hold a C class licence, gardening experience, and Cert III Horticulture or equivalent; ACDC chemical licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• C class driver’s licence is essential.
• Relevant gardening experience in a similar role.
• Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous.
• ACDC chemical licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, whipper snipping, hedge and tree trimming.
• Weed and pest control using herbicides.
• Raking and clearing leaves, pruning, disposal of dead vegetation.
• Planting, mulching, irrigation maintenance.
