Job summary

GemLife is seeking a hands-on Gardener for our Highfields resort to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces. You’ll work across premium resort environments with a friendly team, performing hedging, mowing, pool care and general grounds upkeep.

You will join a full-time, Monday to Friday role from 6:30am to 2:30pm, enjoying autonomy and opportunities to learn and grow within a growing business. Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Previous gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in presentation.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Caring for established gardens and grounds
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
• Regular hedging, mowing, garden maintenance, pool care & general grounds upkeep
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm working hours.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
