Job summary

GemLife invites a hands-on Gardener to join our Garden & Grounds Team at Highfields. You will care for gardens, assist resort teams, and maintain hedges, lawns, and pool areas to keep spaces inviting and safe.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with steady hours and opportunities for development within a growing company known for premium resort environments.

Qualifications

• Previous gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor tasks.
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Team player with a friendly attitude.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Caring for established gardens and grounds
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
• Regular hedging, mowing, garden maintenance, pool care & general grounds upkeep
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm working hours.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Previous gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping experience
