Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Porter to assist in day-to-day front desk operations, including greeting owners and guests, providing local information, and managing paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work unsupervised during busy periods. The position offers unique benefits including subsidised health insurance and professional development funding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Concierge/Front Office role in a Resort/Hotel environment is essential.
• Genuine passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Competent in computer systems.
• The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to work between 7am to 11pm on a 7 day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the front desk.
• Greet and register owners and guests.
• Provide information on local area attractions.
• Complete all department related paperwork.
• Use communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.
