Job summary

GemLife Group is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager for our Gold Coast community at Pimpama. You will run the site, oversee a team of operators, labourers and contractors to deliver high-quality homes on time within our proven 16-week build program.

The role requires QBCC Supervisor Licence, residential construction experience, and a trade background (carpentry preferred). White Card, Driver Licence, and strong WHS knowledge are essential.

• Coordinate with the commercial team delivering clubhouse and facilities while maintaining a cohesive site culture.
• Support from Head Office and on-site BD Manager to deliver the 16-week build program.

Are you an experienced Residential Site Manager with a track record of delivering high-quality homes in a volume-building environment? Join our new Gold Coast community at Pimpama and play a key role in bringing luxury over-50s living to life.

QA Build is the powerhouse behind the construction of GemLife communities. With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, QA Build is shaping the future of luxury living and vibrant communities for the over-50's. Our expert teams deliver quality-built villas for our resort developments, achieving impressive build times of just 16 weeks.

The role

You will be responsible for running the site, managing the team of Plant Operators, Labourers and Contractors to deliver homes on time to the highest standard of quality and safety. There will be a commercial team working on the site managing the delivery of the clubhouse, sporting facilities and entry statement. Collectively as a team, the commercial and residential team will hold monthly BBQs for our staff and contractors to ensure we promote a cohesive and well run site.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who makes sound decisions, communicates effectively and identifies issues early. Experience managing multiple homes in various stages of construction within a production or volume building environment is highly desirable.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated Head Office team and an on-site Business Development Manager, allowing you to focus on delivering quality homes within our proven 16-week build program.

Essential Requirements
