Job summary

Downer is seeking a Delivery Service Supervisor to lead residential upgrade works in Sydney's inner city, balancing client relations, safety and quality while delivering projects on time from planning to completion. Based at the Kingsgrove office, you will travel to Redfern, Glebe and Chippendale to validate scopes, manage variations, perform inspections, and ensure accurate data in the WMS.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver's licence.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in construction trade.
• Customer relations management.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Redfern, Glebe, Chippendale area from Kingsgrove office.
• Schedule programmed works and validate scopes submitted by client, identifying variations.
• Undertake works in progress and safety inspections.
• Ensure all work order information is captured within WMS and relevant systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Complete pre-, mid- and post-work inspections for each order and document progress.
