Job summary

Downer is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in NSW. The role focuses on delivering programmed work orders, prioritising tasks, and maintaining high-quality outcomes across the Wollongong region.

You will travel to properties to validate scopes, perform safety inspections, and ensure accurate recording of all work order details in our management systems. Strong communication with clients and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Mechanical / Electrical trade certificate and a driver’s licence.
• Own vehicle to travel within the region for site visits.
• Experience managing subcontractors within a construction project environment.
• Strong administrative ability for accurate job management in the system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule programmed works and travel to properties to validate client scopes and variations.
• Carry out works in progress and safety inspections.
• Ensure all information on each work order is captured in management systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Complete pre-, mid-, and post-work inspections with documentation.
