Job summary

Downer is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to coordinate programmed works and travel to client sites in the Inner City region. You will validate scopes, manage progress, and ensure accurate records in our systems while delivering high-quality outcomes for essential services.

You will work from our Kingsgrove office, travel to sites, and engage with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient operations and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in mechanical or electrical field or related trade.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a construction project environment.
• Strong administrative ability and accuracy in job management systems.
• Be willing to travel to properties within the region from Kingsgrove office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule programmed works and travel to properties to validate client scopes.
• Perform progress and safety inspections and document findings.
• Capture and maintain all work order information in management systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Complete pre, mid and post work inspections with documentation.
