Job summary

Civitas Group operates Caloundra House in Queensland, seeking a Residential Support Supervisor for casual, sleepover shifts to oversee resident wellbeing and support within a level III accommodation setting.

You will supervise daily living activities, coordinate meals, assist with medications, complete handover notes, and respond to emergencies while maintaining high hygiene standards for around 30 residents.

About the role:

The Residential Support Supervisor position is a casual role with shifts varying throughout the week. This position is based out of our Caloundra House facility. We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable working predominantly sleepover shifts.

As Residential Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the support and provision of services for all residents with varying needs and levels of support requirements.

Some duties include:

• Welfare checks
• Preparing and organising breakfast/lunch/dinner for residents
• Administering medication
• Documenting any and all notes for handover purposes
• Dealing with high pressure & emergency situations
• Supporting 30 residents with any assistance they require
• Cleaning and maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas

About you:

• Comfortable working within a level III Supported Accommodation environment
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Current first aid certificate or ability to obtain
• Experience in working with people coming from different backgrounds and lifestyle challenges
• Current national police clearance certificate or yellow card (or ability to obtain)
• Able to work sleepover shifts
