We have Casualand Part-time positions available across ourSIL homes in the Gold Coast Region (Both north and South Gold Coast) offering a mix of days, afternoons and sleepover supports.

Working within our SIL(Supported Independent Living) homes you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities to live independently, build confidence and achieve their goals. Whether supporting people with complex needs or helping someone develop everyday life skills, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day. No two days will be the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that values inclusion, respect and person-centred support.
Our ideal candidate is a calm, compassionate, and professional Disability Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with complex support needs and behaviours of concern. You will be confident providing personal care and supporting daily living tasks while creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. The ability to remain calm under pressure, respond appropriately to challenging situations, and build trusting relationships is essential for success in this role. Most importantly, you are passionate about empowering people with disability to live the life they choose.
