Job summary

North West Disability Services (NWDS) is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple locations from Baulkham Hills to Hawkbury. You will guide a team of Site Managers, drive performance, and turn strategy into practical outcomes, ensuring outstanding support for participants and families.

The role requires extensive operational leadership, multi-site oversight, and a strong focus on financial performance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
