GWA Group is seeking a highly organized Residential Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team in Mulgrave. You will support the delivery of projects and customer initiatives, prepare quotes, manage CRM data, and forecast alongside Sales, Logistics and Distribution teams.

With a strong focus on accuracy and customer outcomes, you’ll build relationships, provide product support and help drive efficiency across the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Residential Sales team with quotes, specifications, forecasting and customer management.
• Providing exceptional customer service and technical product support.
• Coordinating customer enquiries, orders, stock availability and delivery updates.
• Working closely with Sales, Logistics and Distribution teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining customer information and project activity within our CRM system.
• Assisting with key customer presentations, projects and business development activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across the team.
