Qualifications

• Residential property management experience (2–3 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle.
• Solid knowledge of SA tenancy legislation (Residential Tenancies Act 1995).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, inspections, maintenance and arrears.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and regulations.
• Conduct rent reviews and minimize vacancy periods.
• Collaborate with the agency team for smooth operations.
