Job summary

Stean Nicholls Pty is seeking a Residential Property Management Assistant to support the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio in Albury. You will coordinate maintenance, prepare tenancy documents, assist with inspections, and maintain records, while delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Property Management.
• Knowledge of NSW/VIC tenancy legislation (cross-border experience is highly regarded).
• Proficiency with MS Office and property platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Prepare lease, renewal and tenancy documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with property inspections and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and databases.
