Catholic Healthcare seeks a Residential Manager to lead Holy Spirit, a 62-bed home in Dubbo, overseeing operations, finances and clinical governance for exceptional resident care.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and be supported by the Clinical Manager and Administrator, while collaborating with specialist teams to drive occupancy, quality and engagement across the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Extensive leadership experience within residential aged care or healthcare.
• Proven success leading operational performance, financial management and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
• Availability to participate in a regional after-hours on-call roster (one week in nine).

Job Description

As Residential Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the success of Holy Spirit, leading operational performance, financial sustainability and clinical governance while creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and employees.

You’ll report to the Regional Operations Manager and be supported onsite by the Clinical Manager and Administrator together with centralised specialist support across Clinical Governance, HR, Talent Acquisition and Operational Services.

This is a role for a leader who enjoys building engaged teams, driving performance and creating a workplace where people genuinely want to be. You will:

About the Candidate

You're an experienced Aged Care Manager or senior operational leader who knows that great aged care is built on strong leadership, empowered teams and sound commercial management. You’ll bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Extensive leadership experience within residential aged care or healthcare
• Proven success leading operational performance, financial management and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
• A track record of improving quality, culture and resident outcomes
• Availability to participate in a regional after-hours on-call roster (one week in nine)
