Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare's St Anthony's OSHC in Alexandra Hills is seeking a Coordinator for a six-month maternity leave contract to lead a team and deliver engaging BSC, ASC and VAC programs.

You will oversee daily operations, foster strong relationships with families and school staff, ensure compliance with ACECQA standards, and champion a culture of belonging and continuous improvement for up to 150 children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Childrens Services per ACECQA requirements.
• Blue Card Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Nominated Supervisor eligibility.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
• Experience leading a childcare/OSHC service.
• Child protection training or willing to complete before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the educator team to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee daily operations and compliance with regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with families, school staff and parish.
• Plan and deliver BSC, ASC and VAC programs.
